Litchfield Plantation Wedding
Skylar and Scott’s are the most down to earth people I’ve ever met. With such a simplicity and a heart of gold, these two are made for each other. When I first met them almost a year ago, I felt in love with these two. She is so beautiful and the way he looks at her is to melt any heart. When they met, he came to her with a friend and before he left he told her his number and without even writing she memorized. She thought he was corky! She didn’t planned to call, but couldn’t stop thinking about him. Tree days later she texted him and they have been together ever since. He proposed a year later and after a long engagement ( almost 3 years! ) they were ready to join within God for the rest of their lives.
The beautiful Litchfield Plantation was the venue chosen for their wedding. Ceremony were in front of the marsh and on the back of the historical main house. Their Pastor, celebrated the most touched ceremony, under the romantic moss hanging from the tress. She wore an unique wedding dress customized by greta kay that was perfect on her, showcasing her simplicity and elegance. As a crazy gigantic animal lover, I was absolutely amazed when Scott walked down the aisle with his old best friend Dixie. She is the most behaved golden Retriever ever and walked by his side like a lady. She waited for Skylar down the aisle anxious as Scott and behaved so well during the whole ceremoy just like a person. I am absolutely in love with her! The two little boys totally stole the scene as ring bearers looking like big boys with the most cute outfit ever!
Their wedding inspiration colors were blush, white and ivory. She chose farm wood tables with vintage plate settings and the most beautiful textured tablecloths to incorporate in the details along with flowers and lots of candles. Reception were under the spanish moss trees, with cafe lights hanging from the centennial tress and the most beautiful table set ever. It couldn’t be more beautiful! Gigi Noelle Events took care of all the flowers and decorations, and couldn’t be more beautiful. I am a huge fan of small details made with love and was astonished when I saw the cake and sweets her mom made for her wedding. How precious, beautiful and delicious it was! yes, I had to brake my diet for those amazing things! It couldn’t be a more beautiful night celebrated with closest friends and family. I loved being part of your big day, Skylar and Scott.
